AUTO STACKER

TMI Serpent Auto Stackers help printers get their press lines running at high speeds by eliminating bottlenecks and badly stacked messes at the end of UV tunnel dryers. Cured press sheets are gently guided and tamped into a crisp neat stack on a pallet that can be unloaded from the rear of the stacker with a pallet jack once it is full. This stacker will work with both TMI Serpent UV dryers or dryers from other manufactures, and is capable of handling up to 7500 sheets per hour. They are used in both offset and screenprinting applications.

Offered in two models, the Auto Stacker can be adjusted to accommodate different sizes of stock, with side joggers and backstops easily movable. Depending on the material to be dried, small accelerator belts off the end of the UV dryer may be required. Our engineers are happy to put their experience to work to solve any drying challenge you have.
